Coupon and Promotional Terms

Coupons, promotional codes, and special offers are offered at the discretion of The Rock Statesville and are subject to the following terms and conditions.

General Coupon Terms

• Coupons and promotional codes have no cash value

• Coupons are valid only for the dates specified

• Expired coupons will not be honored

• Coupons may not be transferred, sold, or shared unless explicitly stated

• Only one coupon or promotion may be used per transaction, unless otherwise noted

Eligible Purchases

Unless otherwise stated, coupons may be applied to select physical products or services only.

Coupons may not be used toward:

• Membership dues

• Personal training sessions or packages

• Hybrid training & coaching programs

• Playbook subscriptions

• Recovery spa packages or bundles

• Seminars, workshops, events, or retreats

• Gift cards

• Previous purchases

Eligibility will be clearly stated in each promotion.

Service Restrictions

• Coupons cannot be applied retroactively

• Coupons must be presented or entered at the time of purchase or booking

• Services purchased using a coupon remain non-refundable, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy

Limitations & Availability

• Promotions are subject to availability

• The Rock Statesville reserves the right to limit quantities, redemption frequency, or eligible items

• Coupons may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice

Combination with Other Offers

Coupons may not be combined with:

• Other discounts

• Promotional pricing

• Membership discounts

• Event pricing

Lost or Misused Coupons

• Lost, stolen, or misused coupons will not be replaced

• Unauthorized duplication or distribution of coupons is prohibited

Right to Refuse or Cancel

The Rock Statesville reserves the right to:

• Refuse coupon that violates these terms

• Cancel or revoke promotions due to misuse, error, or suspected fraud

• Correct pricing or promotional errors at any time
