Cold Plunge therapy uses brief cold-water immersion to stimulate circulation, reduce inflammation, and regulate the nervous system. This is a powerful, intentional reset for both body and mind—supporting recovery, resilience, and mental clarity.

We can do a variety of temperatures.

  • Cold exposure triggers circulation and nervous system adaptation

  • Initial discomfort is normal and typically passes within the first 30–60 seconds

  • Breathing control is key; slow, steady breaths help the body adapt

  • Sessions are short by design—longer is not better

  • You may feel energized, clear-headed, or deeply calm afterward

  • A warming sensation after exiting is normal and expected

Not recommended for those with uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions, cold hypersensitivity, or when advised against cold exposure by a medical provider.
