Cold Plunge therapy uses brief cold-water immersion to stimulate circulation, reduce inflammation, and regulate the nervous system. This is a powerful, intentional reset for both body and mind—supporting recovery, resilience, and mental clarity.
We can do a variety of temperatures.
Cold exposure triggers circulation and nervous system adaptation
Initial discomfort is normal and typically passes within the first 30–60 seconds
Breathing control is key; slow, steady breaths help the body adapt
Sessions are short by design—longer is not better
You may feel energized, clear-headed, or deeply calm afterward
A warming sensation after exiting is normal and expected
